These classes are excellent for beginners and those who are looking for a restorative practice.
We use bolsters, balls, pillows, straps and blocks to help support the body as we destress !

Chakra Yoga: Each Monday morning at 9AM we work with a different latitude of the body corresponding to the energy which resonates there. One week we’ll focus on heart, another week it’ll be our root! Learn about this elegant system that guides us to use Yoga for healing and balancing!

Yoga +: Not for the faint hearted, we strive to strengthen here. Of course we temper all that building up with softening and lengthening too, in order to keep within the definition of Grace: both strong and flexible. Plan to work hard, and earn your savasna!

Intermediate classes are perfect for those who have practiced enough to feel comfortable in their bodies. People beginning a home practice also benefit from these classes. Prepare to expand your horizons with backbending, binding and inversion preparations.

Yin Yoga Friday 9AM

During Yin classes, we are encouraged to release to the "Other Side"...the softer side of ourselves. Highly restorative and geared toward feeling gravity stretch us out, we use all of the props in the room! This class is a series of short meditations on the breath so the mind simply empties of its clutter!

Lunchtime Yoga This short and sweet class is perfect for a twice a week tune up! Better than soup and salad, you will find it uplifts and restores your energy in a minimal amount of time. On the gentle side, but still invigorating, we think you’ll return to your place of work with a renewed sense of ambition and without stress!
